Feel Sexy Lingerie Returns Policy


All of our products are quality checked before they are shipped to ensure that you are getting the highest of quality.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept a return if you have changed your mind about the purchase or have ordered the incorrect size.

(Please make sure that you check the size chart to help prevent this)

We will consider a refund if the product is damaged/faulty, but please keep in mind that we quality check our stock before it gets sent out to prevent this from happening.

If we have shipped the incorrect size, colour or lingerie please contact us and send us pictures of what was received. We will then check the order on our computer to see if the incorrect item was posted. We will contact you to discuss if the product was incorrectly shipped or if it was correct. If the order was incorrect then we will discuss if a replacement, or a refund will occur.

If a product is damaged/ faulty, please contact us with in 7 days of delivery. If you have not informed us of the damaged/faulty product by the 7th day, then unfortunately we will not replace or refund the product.

After we have received your complaint about your faulty product and received photos we will then ask you to post the items back. Once the items are received we will contact you regarding a replacement or refund.

Contacting us about a damaged or faulty product.

  • Please make sure that you have read our return policy and you understand this policy.
  • Please then contact our admin by emailing us  feelsexylingerie@outlook.com If you can please make sure you include your name, contact number, order number, pictures of the item and the reason why you’re asking for a replacement/refund and what outcome you would like.
  • Once the email has been received our admin will contact you in regard to organising your product to be posted back for inspection (please keep in mind if the product gets miss placed by the postage company we will not automatically give you a refund. (We suggest getting a tracking number)

Please keep in mind that Feel Sexy Lingerie will not be covering the cost for postage if you choose to post a damaged/faulty item back.

Any refunds can take up to 7 business days to show in your bank account.


Currently we only ship with in Australia. We take pride in making sure that your orders are posted and delivered as quickly as possible.

Postage charges:

Express postage: $10

Orders over $100 will receive free express delivery

Express Delivery   

  • Metropolitan areas 2-3 business days
  • Rural areas 2-4 business days

Please keep in mind that once the order has been placed it will leave our store 1-2 days later through Australia Post express deliver (Australia post express delivery as above)

After placing your order if you notice that’s you have made an error for your shipping address please email us straight away, so we are able to correct the error to ensure that your order can then be sent to the correct address.  feelsexylingerie@outlook.com
